I have over a decade of experience as a merchandiser in the retail industry. In my work, I am responsible for communicating with many parties, particularly overseas and internal buyers, to ensure that we reach the company's targets. that I learn how to deal with people from diverse countries in a friendly and pleasant way. The most important thing is to improve my interpersonal and observation skills when I get into direct or indirect contact with them..Aside from that, I have various challenges at work, such as a heavy workload, quality issues, and shipment delays, which push me to tackle problems and improve my organisational skills.Additionally, I work with a team of seven staff members in the merchandising department, and I am aware of the significance of working as a team to complete tasks and resolve issues.

I'm focused to look at future career choices in the retail industry.
