During my role, I ensured data integrity throughout the entire data processing cycle, verifying the accuracy and validity of processed data. I addressed and resolved quality issues raised by supervisors and clients, fostering positive working relationships with local, regional, and global colleagues through open communication. Additionally, I continuously innovated and proposed enhancements to improve work efficiency while adhering to the company’s regional and global standards.
Among my key achievements, I conducted analyses and forecasts of the company’s future group targets and risks, contributing to informed decision-making and risk mitigation efforts. I collaborated with the Head of China team to resolve uncertainties regarding product features, proposing solutions that enhanced market positioning and accelerated coding processes. Furthermore, I mentored and guided new team members, streamlining their onboarding experience and sharing insights on the company’s goals and coding practices.
I also delivered a presentation on Stephen Covey’s "Proactive" habit during a company workshop, engaging the audience with real-life scenarios and actionable solutions.
