As an assistant at a law firm, I managed receptionist duties, including answering and directing phone calls, and greeting clients. I was responsible for organising and maintaining files, ensuring all documents were accurately sorted and easily accessible. Additionally, I assisted with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and providing support to the legal team to enhance office efficiency.

Volunteer at Greenwich Centre (2023-06 – 2023-10)

I volunteered at a centre where I helped children learn Arabic, providing them with guidance and support to enhance their language skills. Additionally, I handled various office tasks organising documents, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This experience helped me develop strong customer service skills by enhancing my communication abilities and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
