I am a responsible and goal-oriented HR professional with a positive attitude and practical experience in HR administration, onboarding processes, employee records, Right to Work checks, DBS processes, and absence records. I am well-organised, keen to learn, a confident communicator with attention to detail. I enjoy supporting employees, managers, and the wider business by helping HR processes run smoothly and contributing to a positive working environment.

I am currently developing my knowledge through my CIPD Level 5 qualification and looking to continue growing my practical HR experience.
