During my work experience, I have been involved in all busy accounting functions, including Bookkeeping, creation & maintaining of pre-payments and accruals schedule, maintaining of fixed assets register, month end reconciliations, journal entireties, bank reconciliations, assisting in the preparation of budgeting & forecasting reports and VAT returns, preparing staffs’ expenses, creation of sales invoices, credit control (domestic/international), perform credit checks, processing of purchase invoices (domestic/international), dealing with multi-currencies (£,$,€,etc), dealing with banks, local councils, HMRC, assisting in the preparation of financial reports (P&L and Balance sheet). I always find the better ways to finish the projects and suggesting new ideas to management to improve the processes. I always closed month end reporting within 5 working days after closing month.
