• Integrated the Exeter Staff Guild under Barnova to streamline staffing, training, and event operations, creating stronger consistency and professional standards
• Led initiatives to make Barnova's operations as carbon-negative as possible, including waste reduction, low-impact logistics, and sourcing from local suppliers
