I am a diligent, self-driven individual with a good outlook and a close attention to detail. A Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Information Technology is what I'm now studying. I like using logic and problem-solving skills to resolve problems and understand how things operate.
I work as a store floor assistant in addition to studying, which has given me a variety of experience dealing with customers and time management abilities. By establishing a rapport with consumers and occasionally needing to handle disputes utilising problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to deescalate situations, I also have considerably improved my communication skills.
I am currently in year 13, studying a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Information Technology at a sixth form, the most recent qualification I have are my GSCE's. In which I obtained a, 7 - Maths, 7 - Science, 5 - English Language, 5 - English literature, 5 - History, 5 - design and technology, Double merit - Information technology.
