I am aspiring for a career within finance with strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Work Experience at HM Treasury (2025-08-18 – 2025-08-22)

Attended the work experience programme with HM Treasury, gaining valuable skills and experiences regarding civil and financial services, as well as economic roles within the organisation.
Joined sessions covering topics like tax, economics, fiscal policy, government spending, financial stability, international trade, sanctions, and the role of the Press Office.
Participated in Q&A sessions with senior staff, including the Chief Economic Adviser, Rachel Reeves' Special Adviser, and other Treasury teams, which gave me direct insight into the difficulties of running the economy.
Researched and presented a project on government policies such as Monetary and Fiscal policy, their implementation and the drawbacks of each alongside their impact.
Enhanced my skills in economic analysis, reviewing policies, and presenting recommendations — experiences which I am keen to develop further in a future career in finance.
