Zaina Hussain

I have completed my IBMS Accredited Biomedical Science degree at Coventry University in 2022. I work part-time as a customer assistant for Tesco, where I have gained numerous amounts of skills. These vary from team management, motivation, delegation, creativity, interpersonal communication, decision making, adaptability, approachable and being inspiring and trustworthy enough for my team.

I had started working at Tesco Express in 2018 which required me to use customer service skills whilst interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis whether that be serving on till, or interactions on the shop floor. I gained work experience at a local pharmacy where I carefully shelved the medication in an orderly manner, checking the dosage of the medication using organisation skills. During my teaching internship, my primary focus was SEN (special education needs) students within the year three cohort at Anglesey Primary School who required additional support for progression.
