- Document minutes from team, disciplinary, and resident meetings as appropriate and produce reports for the management team to support decision-making.
- Provide a full administration service utilizing business tools and systems to support the scheme ensuring documentation is maintained and replenished in readiness for the care team. To provide interim administrative support to other schemes within the proximity in the absence of their administrator.
