- Managing the FSoD inbox responding to queries, triaging and escalating where necessary.

Cost Recovery and Income Team
- Management of and responsibility for the production of all monthly/quarterly regulatory recoverable income from industry (covering four different income regimes).
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring charging queries are promptly dealt with, ensuring clear communications are issued to all stakeholders and active participation in cost recovery meetings as required.
- Leading and managing ONR's invoicing process. This includes managing the full process, leading to the issuing of timely charging breakdowns and invoices to duty holders for all areas of regulatory activity.
- Support the production and the interim and final audits of the ONR Annual Report in relation to cost recovery by collating and providing audit evidence and walk-through demonstrations, as required, to the NAO.
- Continually work with Cost Recovery stakeholders, including Programme Managers, OTiS team, and SSCL, to resolve issues relating to charging and time recording.
