I am a passionate individual with strong experience in customer service and hospitality. I have been responsible for transactions, organisation of shop floors and stock and aiding customers in their shopping experience. I am regularly trusted to do lone working, including opening and closing venues, cashing up at the end of the day, serving food and drinks and cleaning equipment.

My favourite thing at work is getting to know regulars and their likes and dislikes, to provide the best experience possible. My ability to provide this service grew exponentially while working at Tapped Leeds, as we have many regulars that I’ve gotten to know well and have been able to learn quickly about new products to be able to make recommendations. Due my varied roles in customer service, I am able to work with a variety of venues and customer demographics, and I am looking to expand my experience further.
