I am a 23 year old who has had a lifelong connection to computers, choosing to study both IT and computer science in secondary school and college. I am currently studying towards earning my CompTIA A+ certification.
I have a strong foundation in customer service from working within the bar industry. My previous experience has taught me to communicate clearly, keep calm under pressure, and stay focused on finding the best way to think about resolving an issue.
