Being a highly passionate and flexible individual, I possess great people skills, whilst enjoying working with groups of people. My passion to want to learn further means I am motivated and willing to go the extra mile to develop myself and help others too. I am a very confident person, with great people skills, approachable and sympathetic.

Having previously worked with convicts in prison or those on probation, it was necessary for me to practise patience, to be understanding, and to build trust with those with complex backgrounds.

Nursery Assistant - Bright Horizons Bolton Day Nursery & Pre School - Bolton

(2022-09)

Provided comprehensive care and education for children aged from birth until 4 years of age. The role included assisting with organising daily activities through play and music whilst promoting a holistic learning approach. Highest level of supervision, adherence to policies and procedures and a strict standard of hygiene and safety protocols were adhered to at all times. Daily written reports were completed for the children under my care allowing parents an insight into what their child's day consisted of, observations noted and learning progressions achieved.

Key skills I acquired included an insight into early childhood education, safety regulations, hygiene standards and communication with members of staff and parents.

Customer Service Officer - TVE Online

(2020 - 2021)

I was responsible for in-store sales and dealing with customer queries. During the pandemic, the business was forced to stay closed due to lockdown legislations and I remained on furlough. The business unfortunately had to close at the end of 2021.

During my time here, I was responsible for serving and helping customers, merchandise and ensuring sufficient stock was always available along with Social Media marketing. I worked well both individually and as part of a team and was able to practise my customer service skills.

Prison Rehabilitation Officer - The Unity Initiative - Northwest

(2017 - 2019)

The Unity Initiative was a Home Office funded company who were helping convicts during their probation period to rehabilitate and reintegrate back into society. After completing 3 months of intense training and being successful in the interview at the Home Office, I was assigned to work with female convicts all over the Northwest, both in prison and on probation. Although this was both mentally and physically demanding, I obtained a great sense of achievement at the end of each case.

I gained experience in time management and organisation skills and the ability to work with people from all backgrounds.

Work Experience - Pannone, Manchester - Manchester

(2013 - 2014)

Whilst studying law, I had undergone work experience at a leading Law firm. I was presented with cases that required research. Shadowing and observing solicitors meant I had to practise being prompt, attentive and smart. This gave me a very good understanding into how the industry worked. However, due to unforeseen circumstance, my health did now allow me to continue with my studies.
