I am a Project and Programme Support professional with over 7 years’ experience working across local government, healthcare, and public sector transformation programmes. I specialise in supporting the delivery of complex, multi-agency projects that improve services for communities, particularly in areas such as children’s services, housing, health and wellbeing, and vulnerable population support.

Currently working within the public sector, I support the coordination and delivery of key programmes including initiatives linked to housing, health discharge pathways, and immigration support schemes. My work involves stakeholder engagement across multiple organisations, managing communications, tracking progress against delivery plans, and ensuring information flows effectively between teams to support decision-making at senior level.

I am experienced in working within structured project environments using PRINCE2 and Agile principles, with a strong focus on organisation, governance, and maintaining momentum across competing priorities. I am confident working independently, quickly adapting to new programmes, and supporting teams to deliver under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
