1. Teaching of academic English language for undergraduate and post graduate students.
- Teaching of further Math and research methodology for post graduate student.
- Oversee UG and PG students on different research projects, maintaining records on assignment completion and acting as liaison/mediator between the students and the faculty researcher.
- An engineering teaching experience for UG students in Mathematics, Heat transfer, Mass transfer, Thermodynamics, Fluid flow, Equipment design, Material and Biomaterial engineering properties, Units operations with lab experiments, Biochemical engineering industries with lab experiments, Numerical and optimization, Physical chemistry and Computer applications utilizing Microsoft office and simulation using Ansys software.
- Design and layout various equipment of heat exchanging units of shell and tube, air cooled, double pipe and plate-frame heat exchangers, re-boilers by relying on the process operating conditions, design of atmospheric and vacuum distillation columns with specified trays as well as reactors of CSTR and PFTR in addition to liquid and gas vessel separators.
Industrial Experience
Chemical process engineer Iraq/Baiji/ July 2003- January 2006
- Excellent practical and operational experience in chemicals production company at middles east (ARADET) including extraction of BTX from reformate and separation of light cuts from BTX using atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, as well as thermal hydro de-alkylation of xylenes for Benzene and Toluene conversion by the using of high pressure hydrogen.
- Extremely dealt with operating and maintaining of various operational units and equipment such as hydrogen gas compressors, different types of heat exchangers including shell and tubes heat exchangers, air cooled and double pipe heat exchangers, different pumps of centrifugal and reciprocating positive displacement. Extractor towers and solvents loading, hydrogen and liquid reactors, atmospheric and vacuum distillation columns, strippers, furnaces, settling vessels, and steam generation unites.
- Conducted many operational activities of cold, hot, short and long circulation depending on the operational circumstances of hydrogen gas at normal pressure and cut off conditions.
