Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Current Plan

1. Log in to BeBee.
2. Go to Dashboard > Settings.
3. The Subscription section shows:

- Your current plan (Free, Premium, or Premium Plus) - Next payment date and amount - Payment method on file

Changing Your Plan

Upgrading

You can move from Free to Premium, Free to Premium Plus, or Premium to Premium Plus at any time.

1. In Dashboard > Settings, click Change Plan.
2. Select the plan you want.
3. Confirm the change. If you are upgrading mid-cycle, you pay only the prorated difference for the remaining days.

Your new features activate immediately.

Downgrading

To move from Premium Plus to Premium, or from any paid plan to Free:

1. In Dashboard > Settings, click Change Plan.
2. Select the lower tier.
3. Confirm. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current features until then.

Updating Payment Details

1. In Dashboard > Settings, click Manage Billing.
2. The Stripe customer portal opens in a new tab.
3. From there you can:

- Update your credit or debit card - Change your billing address - Download invoices and receipts for any past payment

Invoices and Receipts

All invoices are available in the Stripe customer portal. Each invoice includes your plan name, billing period, amount, and applicable taxes. Invoices are generated automatically after every successful payment.
