Demonstrated EHS resilience and leadership in delivering the first ever four-tier stacked interchange project in Ghana, the Pokuase Interchange, without recording a fatality. The project involved 14 Km of asphalting, urban traffic diversion planning with an estimated of 14,000 vehicles transiting across the inter-regional road network and the construction of the four-tier stacked interchange linking regional cities and valued at $ 94 million, financed by African Development Bank.
- Ensured full compliance with all applicable and relevant national and international legal requirements such as EPA, Fire permit, DFI, LOLLER, COSHH and hoarding permit.
- Prepared and submitted construction EHSST management plan for approval by the consultant or the Resident Engineer.
