As a farm manager and Supervisor, I exhibit passion for agriculture especially at the Peaceful Place Farms, a multi-purpose farm engaged in livestock farming, with between 5000 – 6000 birds in poultry farming, such as chicken layers, broilers, cockerels, and Turkey. A piggery and Mango plantation, Cashew and periodic cassava and maize farming. Responsible for monitoring staff, crops, and livestock, purchasing supplies, preparing budgets and reports, and ensuring maximum profit with financial and accounting control systems.
I am also obliged to maintain all professional networks and keep abreast of developments and most current technologies in agricultural science and its sector pertaining to our field of engagements. As a successful farm manager and Supervisor, I was detail-oriented and kept the bigger picture in mind of becoming outstanding in solving keen problems by focusing on efficiency and taking hands-on approach to management.
- Responsible for analyzing existing operations, crops, livestock, staff, and financial documents and recommending improvements.

Human Resources Administrative Officer - Ministry of Youth & Sports - Accra

As a human resources administrator at the Ministry of Youth & Sports, I carry out all data entry requirements, updating of employees / personnel data, and the preparation of necessary documents for staff and agencies under the Ministry. Was billed to deliver effective human resources and administrative support by assisting the junior and senior staff across the entire human resource and administrative team. As a Human Resources Administrator, I'm in charge of the collation and preparation of monthly payroll data for the account's office.
Was responsible for the publication of reports on a regular basis to identify and monitor issues related to personnel like long-term leave, maternity leave, disciplinary appeals, and investigations within the ministry, ensuring that there is adherence to administrative procedures.
- My duties as a human resources administrator at the ministry, also involves placing of job / contract adverts in the press, arranging interviews, which includes contacting prospective employees or interviewees, setting up of appropriate and adequate interview panels, and being part of the interviewing process.
- I further deal with both external and internal queries from both staff of the ministry and agencies such as the National Sports Authority, National Sports College, and other sporting agencies under the ministry, as regards issues that have to do with the human resources and administration.
- As an administrator, I also report relevant queries to the human resource team leader as appropriates as I serve as the point person for employees to lay their complaints and make inquiries.
- As a human resources administrator I was responsible for the putting up and drafting of job descriptions (in the case of job adverts), outlining in clear terms all the skills and attributes required for a successful applicant.
