- Execute daily inspections and lubrication schedules for mixers and high-pressure pumps to ensure continuous plant operation.
- Assist in breakdown maintenance and fault-finding on mechanical systems, reducing mean time to repair (MTTR).
- Monitor slurry pipelines and valves for wear or blockages, proactively reporting defects to the Engineering Supervisor.
- Collaborate with plant operators to ensure equipment functions within safe operating limits.
- Actively participate in workplace inspections and safety observations to prevent environmental contamination and spillages.
