Accountant

Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in Alimos. The successful candidate will play an active role in supporting daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the smooth operation of the Finance department. Key Responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded

• Support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and perform account reconciliations
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures
• Support day-to-day accounting operations and financial data entry
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Prepare and analyze management reports as required
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and local regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SoftOne
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment
