Responsibilities

Provide support on the Common Use Terminal Equipment platform (C.U.T.E.) and the Departure Control Systems – handle hardware, software and network technical support

Manage installation and testing of C.U.T.E. stations

Train & support C.U.T.E. users

Perform maintenance and upgrading procedures

Event logging and monitoring through systems

Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering or Networks

Excellent knowledge of Windows and MS Office

Knowledge of Linux is desirable

Excellent use of the English language (verbal and written)

Communication skills

Good troubleshooting skills

Willing to work in shifts
