DevOps / Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, automating, and operating our infrastructure and platforms.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong Linux fundamentals, solid experience in CI/CD, containerized environments, and cloud platforms, who is passionate about reliability, observability, and automation.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI)

Create and maintain runbooks, dashboards, and operational documentation

Support container platforms: Docker and Kubernetes (deployments, scaling, troubleshooting)

Improve observability: monitoring, logging, alerting (Prometheus/Grafana,Zabbix)

Maintain/Improve/Build Ansible scripts responsible for deploying, monitoring, logging

Administer and troubleshoot Linux servers (systemd, networking, storage, performance tuning)

Build and maintain automation using Bash/Python (provisioning, config changes, log collection, maintenance jobs)

Maintain IaC, services and entities on Cloud Platforms

Respond to production incidents and service outages

Ensure system reliability and uptime SLAs

Participate in the on-call rotation company policy Required Qualifications :

3–5 years experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering (or similar)

Strong Linux fundamentals and scripting (Bash + Python preferred)

Experience with CI/CD and automation

Comfortable with containers and basic Kubernetes concepts

Familiarity with networking basics (DNS, TLS, load balancers, routing)

Experience with databases

Experience with Cloud Platforms

Greek language is mandatory Nice to Have:

Experience building and maintaining Jenkins pipelines (declarative pipelines, shared libraries), agents/executors, credentials, and artifact/versioning workflows
