Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient systems using RAD Studio Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features

Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of applications

Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Back-End Developer

Strong programming fundamentals

Solid experience with SQL Server and relational databases

Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Nice To Have Experience with desktop applications or legacy systems

Experience with RAD Studio
