As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer to join our technical team and contribute to the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of customer IT environments.
Provide day-to-day support and administration of customer IT infrastructures
Manage and support Microsoft-based environments (on-prem, hybrid & cloud)
Perform onsite support visits to customer locations when required
Handle support issues and troubleshooting across customer IT environments
Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of IT infrastructure projects
Support a variety of technologies including networking, security, backup, and IP PBX systems
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security and backup policies
Work closely with the rest of the support and engineering team
Good understanding of IT fundamentals
Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure – level depending on experience)
Basic knowledge or strong interest in networking and IT security
Willingness to learn and work with a wide range of technologies
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Team spirit and sense of responsibility
Friendly and stable working environment within a small technical team
Exposure to real-world IT infrastructure and managed services projects
Hands-on experience across on-prem, cloud, networking, security, backup, and IP PBX technologies
