Our client, one of the most established online trading platforms globally, serving millions of clients across more than 190 countries, is seeking a Lead Angular Developer to join its team based in Athens or Thessaloniki.

The Role

You will split your time between hands-on development and leading a frontend team, building and maintaining Angular applications, driving architecture decisions, and setting the standard for code quality through reviews and mentoring. You will work closely with Team Leaders, Architects, Product Owners, and UX/UI designers to align on product vision and delivery priorities, and you will be the person the team looks to for both technical direction and day-to-day guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain Angular applications while leading a frontend team
Drive architecture decisions and set the standard for code quality
Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
Collaborate with Team Leaders, Architects, Product Owners, and UX/UI designers
Align on product vision and delivery priorities
Provide technical direction and day-to-day guidance to the team

What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a Team Lead or Technical Lead, ideally in an Agile environment
Deep expertise in Angular and TypeScript, with strong knowledge of RxJS, NgRx, and the Angular component lifecycle
Solid understanding of front-end architecture and scalable UI design
Proficiency in HTML, SCSS, and REST API integration
Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and OOP principles
Experience with Git workflows in a collaborative engineering team

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or Angular Material
Experience with the Ionic Framework
Exposure to AWS services
