💼 Your everyday work-life

• Identify technical solutions and sourcing needs to support business requirements
• Provide second-level support, resolving incidents and gathering the information needed for further analysis
• Ensure reliable delivery of IT services while driving continuous improvement
• Collaborate with application development teams to support effective solutions and knowledge transfer
• Coordinate technical services and IT deployments for physical store projects
• Own IT improvement initiatives, projects and the escalation of complex technical issues to the appropriate specialists

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• A degree in a relevant field
• 2-4 years of progressive IT and end-user support experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including administration and solution development

Familiarity with Azure technologies

• Good understanding of Windows Server administration
• Strong ownership and dependability, with the ability to plan and coordinate IT projects
