• Architect and build scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js
• Design and maintain robust APIs and seamless integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that’s easy to maintain and scale
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to create smooth, end-to-end user experiences
• Take part in technical brainstorming and architecture decisions - your ideas matter here
• Optimize apps for performance, reliability, and security
• Engage in code reviews, mentorship, and cross-functional learning
• *As an ideal fit, you should have
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or previous working experience with Node.js in production environments
• Proficiency in Express.js or similar frameworks
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Hands-on experience with Git for version control
• Bonus points for experience with Java, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud environments
