• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a Python Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and applications. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to build efficient, reliable, and high-performing software solutions that support our organization's goals.

• *What You'll Be Doing
• Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the applications.
• Debug and resolve issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing robust fixes.
• Contribute to code reviews and help improve overall code quality within the team.
• *What You'll Bring
• 3+ years of experience as a Python Developer or in a similar backend development role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
