Our client is an award-winning Banking and Investment Management software provider. The company has a presence in 45 countries and offices in key financial centers, where it provides its innovative technology solutions to well-known global financial organizations and FinTech's.
They are currently growing rapidly and looking for motivated, knowledgeable and ambitious professionals to join them.
Lead and manage a software development team
Design, evolve, and maintain product architecture
Define and drive the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
Oversee multiple concurrent projects and priorities
Gather, validate, and document business requirements
Manage Agile processes including sprints, backlog, and ticketing
Oversee release management and ensure high-quality, timely deliveries
Participate in customer-facing activities such as line reviews and sales calls
Align technical execution with business and product objectives
Strong experience with the .NET technology stack
Solid background in microservices architecture
Experience with message brokers (g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or equivalent)
Experience with Docker and containerized environments
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions
BS or MS in Computer Science
Experience in the Financial sector, preferably Investment-related systems
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven system design and architectural expertise
Ability to balance strategic thinking with technical depth
