Asty Mykonos Hotel & Spa, is currently seeking to recruit for the above project in Mykonos, professional for the position of

SPA SUPERVISOR - MYKONOS

(Code: SPA - MYK)

Responsible for the daily Well-being and relaxation of Hotel Guests.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all Wellness Facilities and Operations
• Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department
• Delivering excellent guest experience
• Maximize Sales
• Ensure compliance with all Wellness Protocols
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and employee engagement
• Attention to detail and personalized guest service
• 2-3 years minimum experience as a Spa Supervisor/Therapist in a five-star Hotel / Resort
• Familiar with quality standards of a luxury affiliation group like LHW, R&C, SLH
• Spa retail sales skills will be greatly appreciated
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
• Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer – oriented
• Excellent MS Office skills and Micros
• Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills
