Technology Lead (Java / Spring Boot)

Our client is seeking an experienced

• *Technology Lead (Java / Spring Boot)**

to lead cross-functional teams and drive the delivery of scalable enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Java development, including Spring Boot
• 5+ years of experience applying SDLC best practices, enterprise design patterns, and application frameworks in custom Java projects
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience leading technical teams or workstreams
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns
• Consulting background with a proven track record of delivering projects within defined timelines (preferred)
• Experience with big data analytics or Hadoop-related technologies is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-disciplinary team responsible for developing new features and delivering technical solutions aligned with project goals
• Act as technical lead for assigned workstreams, managing non-complex components of project plans
• Apply strong analytical, process, and technical skills to meet project objectives and deliverables
• Support internal initiatives and contribute to practice development activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor
• Manage small to medium-sized projects end-to-end
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and contribute to solution design and implementation
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development
• Apply SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum) to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
