UI/UX Designer

INK Design is a Branding & Digital Agency based in Athens, and we’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team.

We’re looking for someone with a strong visual sense, a solid understanding of user experience, and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and beautifully crafted digital experiences. You’ll work closely with our design and development teams, transforming brand identities and creative concepts into functional, user-friendly websites and digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes, primarily using Figma.
• Translate brand identities and creative concepts into consistent and compelling digital experiences.
• Apply UX principles to improve usability, navigation, information hierarchy, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate closely with web developers and other members of the creative team to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of designs.
• Create, maintain, and work with design systems, reusable components, and style guidelines.
• Ensure designs work effectively across different devices and screen sizes.
• Consider accessibility and usability principles throughout the design process.
• Stay up to date with current UI/UX trends, technologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality website and digital interface design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UI design, UX principles, responsive design, usability, and accessibility.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and visual consistency.
• Ability to translate branding guidelines into effective digital experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and project teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to present and explain design decisions.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing for WordPress or other CMS-based websites.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience with motion, micro-interactions, or interactive prototyping.
• Understanding of WCAG and web accessibility best practices.
