I am fluent in Greek and English and I also speak Russian, Turkish, and Armenian, which allows me to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.

I have extensive professional experience in hospitality, customer service, and reservations management, having worked in hotels, restaurants, and retail environments. My responsibilities have included front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, reservations handling through platforms such as Airbnb and Booking, guest communication, and problem resolution. I have also managed inventory, deliveries, and POS operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows.
Additionally, I have taken on supervisory responsibilities, including staff training and supporting team performance during high-demand periods.
