I have extensive experience in property and facilities management, overseeing complex day-to-day operations, contract administration, and communication with tenants, property owners, suppliers, and public authorities. Throughout my career, I have developed strong organizational, coordination, and negotiation skills, with a focus on problem-solving, delivering high-quality service, and ensuring the smooth operation of large property portfolios. As a Facilities Manager, I oversee a portfolio of more than 500 properties on a daily basis, coordinating all operational and administrative processes related to leasing, maintenance, and property management. I am responsible for contract management, tenant communication and support, coordination of vendors and service providers, as well as monitoring financial obligations and payments. Through daily interaction with tenants, property owners, partners, and public authorities, I contribute to the efficient operation of properties while ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
