With many years of uninterrupted work as a professional mechanical engineer I have developed special and specialized knowledge in management of large production units as well as advanced communication skills managing a large number of employees (over 80 people in each company) for over 23 consecutive years.

Due to position of responsibility, I have attended a multitude of seminars specializing in personnel management and communication development.

My goal is to maintain a high level of leadership, developing the teams I lead and following any technological development.

Industry, which deals with manufacturing of Handles and knobs for doors, furniture handles and custom-made products by utilizing the full potential of its facilities.

Duties

• Planning, organization, coordination and control of all production lines with the aim of maximum efficiency and workflow.
