Serving and supporting the department by providing directions when answers are unclear.
Motivating and keep up the efforts of the team, by providing helpful feedback. Supply QA department's team members with useful material to cultivate and improve their skills with respect to each individual knowledge background and learning rate. Connecting different departments and people to support the QA mechanics and processes.
Ensure quality assurance processes - STLC - accompany agile procedures - SDLC.
