I am currently a student at the University of North Georgia, studying behavioral science and psychology. I have 3 years of restaurant experience, and I am currently working at Olive Garden in Athens, GA. Throughout being in school and being a part-time worker, I've faced many challenges but have also learned the power of perseverance and patience.
Throughout those 3 years of restaurant experience, I have also learned time management and a strong work ethic within the restaurant industry and outside as well. I have been in a leadership role with my past job as a shift leader at Your Pie Pizza. I started at Your Pie pizza when I was 16 years old, and was given the shift leader position four months into being hired due to my dedication and hospitality skills.
Since moving on from Your Pie, I have transferred those hospitality skills and good-spirited work ethic skills over to Olive Garden as a server.

Training new employees and helping them gain knowledge and a good work ethic. Developing strong communication skills among staff members by encouraging open dialogue during shifts.
