Thanos Kapsalis

Hello, my name is Thanos Kapsalis aka Athos and I am a DJ &

Producer. My love for electronic music started at a young age,

exploring and enjoying every genre. Music has always been by my side, and it will always be. This form of art has the power to connect countless peopl in a single moment, and being the one responsible for creating that connection is pure magic.

In the summer of 2022, I was the resident DJ and music curator at the 5* Mitsis Summer Palace Hotel and Mitsis Family Village in Kos.

After returning to Athens, I started my residency at Chelona

Restaurant. In summer 2023, I was one of the resident DJs at the world-famous Jackie O’ Beach Bar in Mykonos.

In 2024, I secured the residency at the Mandarin Oriental in Costa

Navarino, a truly stunning and world-renowned resort. Each set was carefully curated to enhance the hotel’s luxurious atmosphere —

from serene sunset sessions to vibrant evenings. Thanks to the success of that season and the positive feedback from both the resort and its guests, I was invited to return as the resident DJ at

Mandarin Oriental Costa Navarino for summer 2025.

Throughout my journey, I have showcased my DJ skills at some of the best clubs in Greece, such asDybbuk, Zelus, Bolivar Beach Club,

Hated, Mikro, Steam, Wave Athens and The Apartment, to name a few. For the last three years, I have also been the resident DJ at Pop

Up Cocktail Bar in Athens and Agona Beach Bar, while performing frequently in Thessaloniki and Patra. I have also been invited to open for international artists such as Robosonic, Sisko Electrofanatik, Keith

Carnal and more.

As for my production work, my debut EP reached No.4 on the

Beatport Top 100 Tech House Releases, with the track Space Time entering Beatport’s Top 100 Tech House Tracks. Signed on Under No

Illusion, my Substances EP gained support from some of the biggest names in the scene.

My work has since been released on respected labels such as

Lapsus Music, Terms & Conditions and Happy Techno Music,

receiving support from artists like Mark Knight, Gene Farris, Chelina

Manuhutu, Ki Creighton, Versus, Rowen Clark, Ekoboy & more. In

2022, I signed an EP to Miguel Bastida’s Be One Records, earning further support from icons such as Steve Lawler and Chelina

Manuhutu. In 2023, I released on New Violence Records, and in 2024

I had strong releases on Farris Wheel Records and Black Lizard

Records. In 2025, my latest release came on DJ SKT’s renowned label Stashed, further cementing my presence in the international tech-house scene.

For 2 years, I have also been hosting a weekly one-hour radio show on Be-Radio Athens, presenting the newest gems of the house genre.

Everything I have achieved so far has been driven purely by passion and hard work — no shortcuts, no connections, just dedication. I look forward to the opportunity of bringing my energy and music to new stages and audiences worldwide.
