I am Greek, born in 1998 & graduate of the NKUA Physical Education & Sports science department. I possess elite level of understanding human anatomy, muscle hypertrophy and injury prevention. I can instruct in an elite level weight lifting & various group fitness programs to achieve both joy and results to my customers. Lastly i speak English & German as foreign languages. I am interested in a long term collaboration that rewards the level of excellence i offer.
