• Answered inbound calls regarding customer questions about basic banking services, such as account balances, account status, credit card limits, mortgage, interest rates, and fees.
• Worked with consumers, suppliers, and various shippers to route, pick up, and trace shipments. 

Currently, I'm a 3rd-year college student. Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Policy. Criminology is the science that studies crimes and their causes, as well as criminal behavior. In this way it tries to prevent violence and criminality.
