Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications and software solutions across the full development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive web technologies.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, microservices, and integrations following industry best practices.
• Participate in application modernization and large-scale transformation initiatives, including enhancements to existing systems.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, unit testing, integration testing, and production support activities to ensure solution quality.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support project delivery, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud-based deployment processes to support reliable and efficient software delivery.

The Successful Applicant A Successful Full Stack Developer Should Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience within complex application environments.
• Strong experience in Angular and/or React, with solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. (Angular, React, Node.js, and Java experience will be highly advantageous.)
• Proven backend development experience using Node.js and/or Java (Spring Boot), including microservices architecture and API development.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, distributed messaging technologies, cloud storage solutions, containers, and orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing practices, and production monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working alongside project teams, vendors, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
