Ching Man So

I am a current year graduate from the Shue Yan University of Hong Kong with major in Chinese Language and Literature. Having obtained the Associate Degree of Chinese, Literature and Culture from HKU SPACE, I was very blessed to have been granted with full scholarship from Shue Yan to continue my bachelor degree in year 2018. I was very engaged in my undergraduate study and obtained a satisfactory academic result of GPA of 3.3/4.0.

Through the four years of tertiary education, I acquired not only solid knowledge in Chinese and communication, but was also trained with critical and logical thinking. Although my HKDSE result was not particularly brilliant, I have since then become very committed to improve my performance and explore my potential. Apart from academics, I also actively participated in extra-curricular activities.

In particular, I served as the General Secretary of the Animal Welfare and Care Society in the school. This rendered me invaluable experience in organizing events and working with other committee members.

To acquire real life working experience, I worked as a part-time Fundraising Assistant in TREATS (Charity) Group during the summer of year 2019. I appreciate not only the meaningful purpose of the activities but also the opportunities to train up my interpersonal skills and ability of execution. I believe this experience is a concrete asset for my success in future career.
