-製作設計概念圖包括3D渲染及空間設計
-製作施工及組裝圖，印刷圖等，並與內地廠房溝通生產
-項目管理包括前期設計協調，現場落貨及安排師傅組裝，與安裝師傅及客戶現場溝通，跟進售後維修及保養
-Produced concept drawing & 3d rendering mock-up including spatial layouts & visual design proposals for window displays
& brand activation events.
-Draft detailed technical & fabrication drawings, printing output file with precise material, dimension, and structural specifications for factory production.
-Coordinated with factory & subcontractors to manage on-site works, including unloading & installation & dismantle work, ensuring the project workflows meet strict timelines & budgets.
-Delivered prompt technical support and maintenance services, maintaining high client satisfaction through proactive communication
-Oversee daily operations in Mainland China Factory to ensure smooth production and monitor quality of furniture that meets client’s standard
-Managed the cost within budget including labour, materials, logistics(freight & tax)
-Coordinated with subcontractors to manage on-site work, including unloading and installation, ensuring projects were completed on schedule and satisfy the clients in the end
-Developed new sales channels and business opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction
-Collaborated closely with Mainland China factories to coordinate production schedules and logistics arrangements
-Managed full tender process, including preparation and submission of all required documentation
-Project management from inception to completion, conducting site inspections and supervision, coordinating with contractors, clients and end-users, and providing comprehensive after-sales service
-Created hand sketches and CAD drawings to propose space planning solutions and support furniture manufacturing
-Prepare and organize tender documents and drawings for subsequent handling

-Investigated insurance claim cases, arranged site visit and preparing report to Insurance Company
-Negotiated and adjusted the claim item and amount with the principal's insured and third party
-Assisted with the Estate/Shopping Mall Management Company to investigate &
mediate the complaint and claim by the resident/visitor, and comment the liability of the involved parties
-Calculated the efficiency of the residential building
-Prepared the presentation drawing like rendering and simple 3d model through photoshop, SketchUp
-Revised the drawing through AutoCad and Revit
-Designed the floor plan layout and ensure it meets the requirement in practice notes and code of practice
