At Brainy Owl English Learning Center, I taught English grammar, writing, reading and phonics to students aged 3-15. I developed lesson materials and exercises designed to make English more understandable and engaging for students. I regularly adapted content for different learners, which strengthened my ability to explain ideas clearly and create a more accessible learning experience.

In addition to teaching, I supported administrative work such as scheduling, documentation, and parent communication, while also assisting with promotional content for the center's programmes. This role improved my teamwork, adaptability, and ability to contribute to both the educational and operational side of a learning center.

At Jolly Mind English Learning Centre, I taught students with different learning needs and adjusted lesson content according to their level and pace. This experience helped me develop a patient and flexible teaching approach, while building confidence in managing classroom interactions and supporting students' individual progress. I was also responsible for keeping detailed student records, monitoring progress through spreadsheets, and preparing structured feedback for parents.

Through these tasks, I strengthened my organisational skills, administrative accuracy, and ability to communicate clearly with both students and families in an educational setting.
