LIM+LU – Interior Designer
At this creative interdisciplinary design consultancy, I worked closely with a small team, taking ownership across all project phases. My responsibilities included concept design, DD package preparation, material and appliance sourcing, team supervision (CAD & 3D), and coordination with E&M consultants, architects, licensees, and clients.
Focused on large-scale public residential developments for the Housing Authority, I contributed to interior fit-out detailing, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Supported the tender design phase and documentation for Atrium House, a residential and clubhouse development by New World Development. I worked on material selection and enhanced my experience in upscale real estate design and coordination.
Involved in fit-out design, 3D modeling, FF&E coordination, and material selection for various commercial projects, honing my skills in spatial storytelling and brand-centric interiors.
