Part-time & Intern | Computer Technician at Public Library (2022-06 – Present)

• Provide frontline IT technical support to library users and staff on hardware (cable repair, routing and labelling), software (browser, license update), networking (Initialization personal PC DNS, IP configuration, gateway) and general issues (printer service).
• Perform regular equipment health checks, troubleshooting and terminal resets to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide general IT technical support to library staff to ensure their effective and smooth operation.
• Participated in Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) of the library's new booking system (CFM); successfully identified major workflow, function and data process errors, preventing potential system issues and data leaks
• Successfully repaired the staff computer cable by using the crimping tool and cable tester; routing and systematic labelling on switch at office.

• Performed the business application of system automation and quality assurance for the company production.
• Developed the simple business applications with production (HR System, Ordering System and Express System) by using their DragOnce System.
