Jane Tseng

I graduated from the National Taipei University of Education, a top-tier teacher training institution accredited by the Taiwanese government, where I specialized in both English Education and Early Childhood Teaching. My foundational training includes rigorous practical coursework at local elementary schools and kindergartens. To further hone my teaching skills, I volunteered for a government-sponsored English Improvement Project.

In 2010, I served as an official English teacher at Taipei Chung-Xiao Elementary School, where I taught a small group of sixth-graders struggling with low self-esteem. This experience taught me that being a great teacher isn't just about subject expertise, but about deeply listening to and understanding each student's unique needs. Additionally, during my junior year in 2010, I completed a practicum as an assistant teacher at the Kindergarten of Taipei University of Education.

Under the mentorship of professors and senior teachers, I mastered lesson planning and learned how to design enriching learning environments for young children. In 2012, after successfully completing a mandatory six-month pre-career practicum, I passed the national examination and obtained my official Kindergarten Teacher License. Building upon this strong foundation, I have spent the last twelve years (2014–Present) working as a Teacher and Teacher Assistant at Garden House Waldorf School.

With a well-rounded background in both English instruction and early childhood education, I am a positive, passionate, and hardworking professional. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy staying active by jogging and playing basketball.
