• Led the end-to-end technology scale-up of biodegradable polymer materials (polycaprolactone polyols, polycaprolactone polymers, caprolactone-lactide copolymers) from lab synthesis to industrial production: designed process routes and formulation systems, achieving stable 10g → 80kg production within 3 months and 80kg → 1.6t scale-up validation within 4 months; completed construction of a 2,000 t/year production line in 2020, leading reactor equipment selection and procurement, installation and commissioning, trial production, and quality control system setup — successfully brought online.
• Granted 8 invention patents covering polymer synthesis routes, formulation design, and other core areas, building a complete IP protection chain; underwent investor IP due diligence during fundraising, with practical experience in IP asset valuation and protection.
• Built a B2B technical sales pipeline: generated 50+ enterprise collaboration opportunities through trade shows, digital outreach, referrals, and partner channels; converted 6 cross-industry paying clients (spanning medical devices, consumer packaging, and industrial additives), managing full-cycle client relationships from initial contact to commercial agreement.
