• Own the development, launch and execution of TA strategy, integrating business objectives with local business and market demands with various talent acquisition initiatives.
• Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders as a valued partner and trusted advisor, building a deep understanding of business unit strategies and critical talent needs.
• Regularly evaluate the recruitment process, systems and operational tools to drive innovation and change to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
